Technical Support:

Clients whose websites are hosted by Professional Digital Publishing have access to emergency technical support 24 hours a day. In the event of a website hosting outage, clients should call (615) 852-6776 immediately and leave a message if after business hours.

For all other technical issues (non-emergency), please contact our office at (615) 441-0022 during regular business hours as posted above. Technical support cannot be provided for clients' individual computer issues.

Please note: If the client or an agent other than Professional Digital Publishing causes an error to occur with any portion of the website or the hosting of the website, time to repair the hosting during regular business hours will be assessed at the hourly rate of $30.00 (one-hour minimum) and will be assessed the hourly rate of $45.00 per hour (one-hour minimum) for repairs during non-business hours, and is not included as part of any hosting or maintenance plan.
